This Privacy Policy applies to https://www.soquincy.qzz.io, a personal website operated by Quincy So, who uses this name or alias as the site operator.

The website publishes writing, projects, and tools. It does not offer visitor accounts, forms, comments, or a newsletter. Most of its content is in English.

1. Information We Collect

Information collected when you visit

When you request a page or file, Netlify, the website's hosting provider, automatically records visitor requests, including IP addresses. Netlify states that access logs are retained for less than 30 days.

The site operator cannot access raw, site-wide HTTP request logs through the Netlify dashboard. Netlify Log Drains require an Enterprise plan, which the operator does not use.

Information collected through website features and third-party services

• Pulsetic: Pulsetic provides uptime monitoring and real-user monitoring (RUM). Its script loads in your browser from cdn.pulsetic.com and sends a RUM request to api.pulsetic.com when a page opens. A browser network capture confirmed the script request and a subsequent POST request to Pulsetic, but did not reveal the complete data payload. According to Pulsetic, RUM may collect page load timings, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript errors, failed requests, page views, referrer information, browser and operating system details, device type, and country- or city-level location. Pulsetic describes its RUM tracking as cookieless, although its privacy policy lists IP addresses among the log data it may collect. RUM data retention depends on the active plan: three months for Free, one year for Solo and Team, and up to five years for Organization. See Pulsetic's Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.

• Google AdSense: Advertising is enabled only on pages selected for monetization through the website's content management system. On these pages, Google and participating advertising partners may receive information about your browser, ad requests, and interactions. They may also use cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 4.

• Google Search Console: The site operator uses Search Console to monitor how the website appears in Google Search. Ownership is verified through an HTML meta tag. This tag does not load a script or collect visitor data by itself.

• Email: If you email the site operator, the operator receives your email address and message. Zoho processes email sent to the contact address. See Zoho's Privacy Policy.
