Glossary

Operator
The individual or entity responsible for running a service, bot, or website — in this context, Quincy So.
Instance
A specific running copy of software (e.g., a Freesona bot). Different instances may have different operators, configurations, and policies.
Third-Party Service
An external API, platform, or provider used to process requests or deliver functionality. Examples include AI models, hosting providers, and analytics services.
Personal Data
Information that can identify an individual, such as messages, usernames, server IDs, or interaction logs.
Data Retention
How long collected information is stored before being deleted or anonymized.
Service Availability
The uptime and reliability of a service. "As is" means no guarantees are made about continuous operation.
Limitation of Liability
A legal clause stating the operator is not responsible for damages, data loss, or issues arising from use of the service.
Indemnification
Your agreement to hold the operator harmless against claims or damages resulting from your use of the service.
