- Operator
- The individual or entity responsible for running a service, bot, or website — in this context, Quincy So.
- Instance
- A specific running copy of software (e.g., a Freesona bot). Different instances may have different operators, configurations, and policies.
- Third-Party Service
- An external API, platform, or provider used to process requests or deliver functionality. Examples include AI models, hosting providers, and analytics services.
- Personal Data
- Information that can identify an individual, such as messages, usernames, server IDs, or interaction logs.
- Data Retention
- How long collected information is stored before being deleted or anonymized.
- Service Availability
